The application, registration, supply, and accident insurance fees are non-refundable. For families with two enrolled siblings in full-time programs, a 15% discount will be applied to the eldest child’s tuition.
For families in need of financial assistance, Lifespan participates in the Georgia Childcare and Parent Services (or CAPS) assistance program.

Application Process
Applications for enrollment to Lifespan Montessori are accepted throughout the year and are dated upon receipt. Submitting an application for admission places your family on our waiting list. Families expecting a child are welcome to submit an application prior to the baby’s birth.
Though the administration strives to place children into age-appropriate classrooms as soon as possible and in alignment with parent preferences, placement may not occur within a family’s desired time frame. Families will remain on the waiting list until a classroom space opens for their child (usually 4-8 weeks in advance) and an invitation to enroll will be extended through email. Some families remain on the waiting list for several weeks or months, and for others, they can remain on the list for one year or longer.
Once contacted, families are offered up to three days to respond. If the space is accepted, enrollment fees will be due within five business days to secure the spot (this is non-refundable). The tuition portion will be due on the child’s first day. If the space is declined or deferred, families have the choice to remain on the waiting list or be removed.
Additional Information
Our programs operate year-round, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Children are required to bring a packed lunch; however, two (morning and afternoon) healthy, whole grain, and low sodium snacks are served daily. Lifespan does not discriminate with regard to race, creed, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin.
